NURC Academy Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to NURC Academy, the educational arm of Numero Uno Research Consult (Registration Number: BN102001223).
By registering an account, enrolling in a program (Basic, Advanced, or Premium), or accessing any materials on our digital platforms (student.nurcacademy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
2. Academic Status and Accreditation
Please read the following carefully regarding the nature of our programs:
- Independent Institution: NURC Academy is an independent professional research consultancy and training platform. We are not currently affiliated with any traditional university or degree-granting institution.
- Certificates of Completion: We are actively working to resolve accreditation pathways so that our students may soon obtain officially recognizable certificates. However, at this current time, formal, accredited certification upon course completion is still in the pipeline. The primary value of our programs lies in the high-level skills, research methodologies, and AI workflows you will acquire, rather than formal academic credits.
3. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
All content provided within NURC Academy; including but not limited to video lectures, PDF guides, research frameworks, AI prompt templates, and text modules; is the exclusive intellectual property of Numero Uno Research Consult.
- Limited License: Upon payment of your tuition, you are granted a single, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the course materials for your own educational use.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, resell, or share our curriculum with third parties. Sharing your student login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
4. Enrollment, Tuition, and Payments
- Pricing: All tuition fees for our Basic, Advanced, and Premium tiers are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS).
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through our third-party gateway, Paystack. Access to the digital campus is granted automatically upon successful payment confirmation.
- Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Refund Policy
Because NURC Academy delivers immediate access to proprietary digital content, research materials, and specialized knowledge, all tuition payments are strictly non-refundable once a course module has been accessed. By completing your enrollment and logging into the student dashboard, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund. Exceptions are only made in the event of a documented billing error or a system failure that permanently prevents access to the purchased materials.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Outcomes
The programs at NURC Academy are designed for educational and professional development purposes.
- No Guaranteed Results: While our curriculum is built by research experts to elevate your capabilities, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, such as passing university defenses, securing research grants, obtaining employment, or financial gain.
- Third-Party AI Tools: Our Premium AI modules teach the utilization of external artificial intelligence platforms. We do not own these platforms and are not liable for any changes to their software, subscription fees, or availability.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
NURC Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform without prior notice or refund if you:
- Violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
- Engage in copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution of our materials.
- Display abusive or disruptive behavior toward instructors or platform administrators.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the academy following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
